Does my device have BlackBerry Balance?
BlackBerry Balance is available only on BlackBerry devices associated with an Enterprise Mobility
Management solution from BlackBerry.
To confirm if your device uses BlackBerry Balance, do one of the following:
• On the home screen, swipe down from the top of the screen. If you see
Switch to Work or Switch to
Personal, BlackBerry Balance is installed.
• On the home screen, swipe down from the top of the screen. Tap Settings > About. In the
Category drop-down list, scroll and look for Work Space. If you don't see that, or you see Work
Space Only, your device isn't set up to use BlackBerry Balance.
